Job Summary

• Provide comprehensive technical support to Elite employees
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant IT systems and application in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users and customers.
• Perform hardware procurement, configuration and asset maintenance
• Troubleshoot/support LAN and on-site via tickets, alerts and change management
• Travel between branch sites required.

• Screen potential employees’ resumes, go through their application forms and figure out the most suitable candidates for a vacancy. Document Verification:

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of employee documents, including
  identification, work permits, and other relevant paperwork.
• Follow up with employees to collect any missing or updated documentation.

Confidentiality and Compliance:

• Ensure strict confidentiality of employee records and documents.
• Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Reporting and Documentation Audits:

• Generate reports related to employee documentation, including audit reports.
• Assist in conducting regular audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or
  errors in employee records.

This role is designed to provide support to the team executing the Beat Diabetes Walk scheduled to take place on 12th November 2022 in Dubai. Specifically, we are looking for an intern to provide support with the following, amongst other ad hoc administrative tasks related to the event:

• Outreach: reach out to schools, corporates, employees and members of the community to increase registration numbers
• Manage list of registered participants
• Vendor conversations and support in managing them
• Logistical support – on the day and prior
• Post-event: reconcile participant outreach and other admin. support

• Manage Company’s social media pages including content creation, post calendar, and audience engagement.

• Manage the engagement with marketing agencies to implement company branding.

• Work with various vendors and freelancers to execute Company’s internal and external marketing efforts.

The intern is expected to act as coordinator of iGEM to submit requirements  for the MBA program in partnership with HGS.  He/She must have the following skills/qualification:

• Knowledge with the system currently used by BSU in terms of access to portal and documents required.
• Knowledge in course project requirements ( assignments, etc.)
• Basic Microsoft office and other IT related software.
• Must be knowledgeable in social media marketing.

The intern is expected to act as coordinator of iGEM to submit requirements  for the MBA program in partnership with HGS.  He/She must have the following skills/qualification:
