Bath Spa University Academic Centre RAK is dedicated to providing a positive and supportive learning environment for all our students. To ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed fairly and in a timely manner, we have established the Grievance Resolution Procedure for Students.
The procedure consists of four steps, beginning with informal resolution by speaking with an instructor or programme coordinator. If this does not resolve the issue, students may submit a formal grievance in writing to the Campus Director. If the response to the formal grievance is unsatisfactory, students have the right to appeal by submitting a written request to the Chief Executive Officer. As a final resort, students may seek external resolution by contacting an appropriate external agency.
In addition to this procedure, RAKDOK has established a university hotline email address (uni.hotline@dok.rak.ae) for students to submit issues or concerns. This email is monitored by RAKDOK, and all submissions will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and formal consideration as part of the official grievance procedure.
We encourage all Bath Spa University Academic Centre RAK students to make use of the resources available to address any issues or concerns.
For any questions or clarifications regarding this procedure, please contact the Student Services Department.
