1. Admission with Bath Spa University RAK

Our Admissions Office assists students with applying to programs, securing admission, and completing the enrollment process.

Required Documents for Admission

• Undergraduate Applicants: High school diploma (or equivalent), transcripts, passport copy, Emirates ID (for UAE residents), passport-sized photos, and proof of English proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent).
• Postgraduate Applicants: Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcripts, updated CV, passport copy, Emirates ID (if applicable), passport-sized photos, and proof of English proficiency.

2. Offer and Acceptance from Bath Spa University UK

After securing admission with Bath Spa University Academic Centre RAK, students will receive a formal Offer Letter from Bath Spa University UK.

• Confirms your official student status with Bath Spa University UK
• Essential for securing your place in the degree-awarding institution
• Ensures eligibility for registration with Bath Spa UK

How to Complete This Step:

• Review your Offer Letter from Bath Spa University UK carefully.
• Accept the offer by following the instructions provided.
• Pay any required confirmation deposits (if applicable).
• Ensure you meet any conditions outlined in the offer.

Important: Accepting the BSU UK offer is a mandatory step before you can proceed to formal registration. Failure to accept the offer may result in delays in enrollment and access to academic services.

3. Registration with Bath Spa University UK

After completing admission and accepting the BSU UK Offer, students must formally register with Bath Spa University UK.

• Declares student results each semester
• Grants access to Bath Spa University student services and portals
• Ensures official transcripts and diplomas are issued upon graduation

When to Complete Registration?

• Students must register with BSU UK at the time of the English Language Test.
• If a student forgets to register, they must immediately contact the Registrations Office before the semester starts.

How to Access This Service:

• Complete BSU UK registration during the English language test.
• If registration is not completed, contact the Registrations Department immediately.

Bath Spa University Academic Centre RAK maintains a clear and transparent Tuition Fee Refund Policy to guide students who may need to withdraw or defer their studies.

• Full or partial refund eligibility based on withdrawal timing
• Defined refund periods within the first weeks of the semester
• Non-refundable fees, including administrative and visa processing fees

How to Request a Refund:

1. Notify the Finance Office in writing about your withdrawal and refund request.
2. Complete the official Refund Request Form with required supporting documents.
3. Finance Office Review – Refund eligibility is assessed based on university policy.
4. Approval & Processing – If approved, refunds are processed within 4–6 weeks.
