  • Structured Grievance Process – Clearly defined steps for filing and resolving complaints.
  • Confidentiality & Fairness – All cases are handled with complete confidentiality and impartiality.
  • Multiple Resolution Channels – Students can raise complaints through Programme Leaders, Student Affairs, or SSLC (Staff-Student Liaison Committee).
How to Access This Service:
  • Submit a complaint in writing to the Programme Leader or Student Affairs Office.
  • Attend an SSLC meeting to raise concerns directly with university representatives.
  • Follow the formal grievance process if informal resolution is not possible.
